Solebury Township is considering the sale of a bond for the purpose of providing funds for a refinancing of current debt and new money for capital projects. A website has been established by the DEP where all publicly available correspondence and information is being stored concerning New Hope Crushed Stone quarry. This represents many conversations, meetings and activities with NHCS by the DEP, Solebury School, Primrose Creek Watershed Association and Solebury Township. This site is updated at least monthly.

The Board of Supervisors will consider authorizing advertising one of two draft Ordinances that would provide regulations regarding bamboo at the Octoboer 18, 2016, regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors. One Ordinance provides regulations for the control and removal of bamboo, (click here to view ordinance) and one Ordinance provides regulations for control and removal, and prohibits any future planting of bamboo (click here to view this ordinance). The meeting will be held at &:00 p.m. at the Solebury Township Municipal Building, 3092 Sugan Road, Solebury, PA 18963.
