NOTICE: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Solebury Township Farm Committee Meeting for July 28, 2020 will be held utilizing the Zoom virtual meeting platform. The Zoom app is available for IOS or Android smartphones and computer download. It is free to the public. Additional information can be found on the Zoom website: https://zoom.us/

The Township Building will NOT be open for this meeting.

The public can join and view the meeting via Zoom utilizing the information below:

All Attendees will be muted when entering the Zoom meeting. The Township will unmute one speaker at a time to help prevent background noise.

The meeting shall be recorded (both audio and video) and accessible on the Township's website to allow those members of the public that cannot participate to review the proceeding at a later time. If you do not wish to be video recorded, you may turn off the video function in Zoom. Speakers will signal the request to talk via the “hands up” icon on Zoom.

There are two options for public comments: 1) To be read by Township Official; or 2) To make your own public comment. Please see the public comment guidelines below:

Written Public Comment to be Read by Township Official

  • The Township will be accepting public comment via email and written comments up to 4:00 P.M. on July 28, 2020. Comments will be read into the record by the Township Official.
    • To send comment via Email: Emailed comments should be directed to soleburytownship@soleburytwp.org.
      Your name and address must be included with your email.
    • To send written comments: Please mail your comments to the Solebury Township Building, PO Box 139, Solebury, PA 18963.
      Your name and address must be included with your written comment.
      Please notate Farm Committee – Public Comment" in your written comment.

Resident to make own Public Comment

  • To sign-up prior to the meeting: send the request with your full name, address, and subject to soleburytownship@soleburytwp.org, by 4:00 P.M. on July 28, 2020. The Township Official will announce the speaker by name and then the resident will be given the opportunity to state their comment.
  • To sign-up while on the Zoom:
    1. Hands up a.k.a. clap” icon (under the “Reactions” option at the bottom of the Zoom screen). You will be asked to announce your full name and then be given the opportunity to state your comment. Or;
    2. “Chat” feature (located at the bottom of the Zoom screen). You must include your full name and interest to make a public comment. You will be announced and then be given the opportunity to state your comment.
