NOTICE
SOLEBURY TOWNSHIP, BUCKS COUNTY
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS VIRTUAL MEETING
APRIL 21, 2020 – 6:00 P.M.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Solebury Township, Bucks County will hold their April 21, 2020, meeting at 6:00 P.M. utilizing the Zoom virtual meeting platform due to social distancing guidelines.

The Solebury Township building will not be open to the public for the meeting.

The meeting shall be recorded and accessible on the Township's website to allow those members of the public that cannot participate to review the proceeding at a later time.

The Agenda for the April 21, 2020 BOS meeting, as well as, instructions for accessing and participating in the meeting are attached above.

At this meeting the Board of Supervisors will, inter alia, consider and take actions on the following topics:

  1. Land Preservation Committee – Resolution for Approval of Acquisition of Conservation Easement on the Manoff Property (3157 Comfort Road, TMP No. 41-013-035)
  2. Land Preservation Committee – D & H Holding, LLC a.k.a. Solomon Property (3216 Comfort Road, TMP No. 41-018-016-001) – Agreement of Sale for Conservation Easement
  3. Agricultural Security Area Application - James & Adrienne Mageras (TMP Nos. 41-036-134, 41-036-135, and 41-036-136) – Authorization to Submit Application to the Agricultural Security Area Advisory Committee, Solebury Township Planning Commission, and Bucks County Planning Commission
  4. Resolution to Delay the Penalty Accrual Deadline for Municipal Real Estate Tax for the Year 2020 to July 31, 2020
  5. Snow Plowing – Bid Award
