Planning & Zoning

From new construction to home improvements, the Planning & Zoning Department manages permit and zoning applications, ensuring that completed work is done to code so that the health, safety welfare and quality of life of our residents and visitors to Solebury Township is maintained and improved through compliance with the Ordinances that have been enacted by the Township Supervisors.

*The following CANNOT be submitted through the Permit Portal: Conditional Use, Erosion Sedimentation Control (Grading)/Stormwater Management, Floodplain, Road Occupancy, Signs (temporary and permanent), Subdivision/Land Development, Wells, and Historical Architectural Review Board (HARB) applications. Monday - Thursday: 8:00am to 4:00pm
Friday (Bldg Closed; Staff works remotely - 8:00 am to 4:00 pm)

Township Engineer
Resident consultations are available at the Township Offices on 1st and 3rd Thursdays from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, except holidays, and should be scheduled with Solebury Township a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
