- The water authorities would contact their customers urging volunteer water conservation efforts. Solebury Township administration, in partnership with the authorities, would provide educational information and consider holding public information meetings.
- Mandatory conservation efforts by the authorities would start with water restrictions, followed by correct legal enforcement efforts to obtain compliance. If the situation worsened, the authorities would consider water shut off processes. Meetings with HOA's and door-to-door visits may be used to alert residents.
