Members of the Board of Supervisors and Township Administration often find themselves answering questions posed at public meetings about the accessibility of information on the Township’s website and notifications about Township events, meetings, etc. We wanted to take this opportunity to address these questions.
On the left side of the home page of the Township’s website, there is a list of several items that can be accessed on a “one-click” basis:
- DOCUMENTS & FORMS - Lists items such as applications, financial reports, recreational information, etc.
- COMPREHENSIVE PLAN - The entire text of Solebury’s most recent Comprehensive Plan.
- TOWNSHIP FACILITIES - Descriptions of the various parks and recreation facilities in the Township.
- TOWNSHIP CODE & ORDINANCES - Access to the full text of the Township’s code and ordinances.
- PERMITS - Contacts for planning, enforcement, and permits and well as the current Fee Schedule.
- MINUTES & AGENDAS - Access to the full text of Minutes and Agendas for the Board of Supervisors and Committee meetings for the past 5 years.
- EMAIL SIGN-UPS - Residents can sign-up for email “blasts” from the Township, and choose among Emergency/Weather alerts, Meeting Agendas/Minutes, and Community News/Events/Newsletter.
- MAPS - Allows access to interactive Township maps, showing things like bridges, flood plains, voting districts, parks, waterways, etc.
We strongly encourage all Solebury residents to use the “EMAIL SIGN-UPS” button mentioned above to sign-up for Township email blasts, as they are the most efficient means of staying abreast of important developments in Solebury Township.
