Permit applications can be obtained at the Township Office from 8 AM to 4 PM Monday thru Thursday or via the links below. Completed applications and questions about the permit process should be directed to permitdept@soleburytwp.org.

PLEASE NOTE - Applications can be completed and submitted to the Permit Department electronically.  Download a copy and fill in required areas. For forms to remain fillable, a digital ID is required to create a digital signature.

**Any documents requiring a signature that does not contain an electronic signature box, with indicated yellow highlights, must be printed and signed by hand.**

 

Erosion & Sedimentation Control, Grading and/or Stormwater Management (SWM) Permits

These permits may be required if (1) Earth disturbance exceeds 2,000 square feet OR (2) Cumulative impervious surface exceeds 1,000 square feet. If your project requires one of these permits, they must be completed and closed out before the Township will accept your building permit.  All accompanying plan copies must be signed by the appropriate professional in order to be accepted.
