Suspect Being Sought

The Hunterdon County Prosecutors Office, West Amwell Township Police and New Jersey State Park Police are seeking any information on a suspect in an aggravated assault that occurred on July 1, 2010 at approximately 8:00 and 8:15 p.m. The assault occurred on the West Amwell Township portion of the towpath. The suspect physically assaulted a female runner. The suspect is described as an Hispanic male, approximately 5' 6'' - 5' 8'', 140-160 lbs., between the ages of 20-30, olive skin, brown flat-top style hair, and wearing a dark polo shirt.
